The search conditions are specified line by line, each with 3 parameters:

1. Contains the field to be searched in.
2. The second column contains the comparison operator.
3. The third column contains the value you are looking for or with which the field content should be compared.

With the plus key you can add another line with a search condition. The link is always made with a logical AND.
